The three levels

L1Foundation1st line

Logs, triages and fixes known issues without breaking validated state

L2Practitioner2nd line

Builds, configures and repairs lab PCs and accounts under change control

L3Specialist3rd line

Designs standards, leads root cause, owns qualification and lifecycle

This will be the first course on the Networking track, at Foundation level. The detailed syllabus is published once the track is scheduled for build.
