Terms of use
The terms on which you may use AINSQ Academy and its course materials.
This is a pre-launch draft written for the Phase 1 build. It has not been reviewed by a solicitor and should be checked before the site accepts real learner accounts.

Agreement
By creating an account or using this site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Your account
- You must give accurate details when you register and keep them up to date.
- Your account is personal to you. Do not share your login with anyone else.
- You are responsible for activity carried out under your account.
- You may close your account at any time.
Course access and price
Courses are free during the launch period. We may introduce paid courses in future; any course you are already enrolled in at that point remains available to you at the price you paid, which during the launch period is nothing.
Course content is released progressively. Where a module is marked as releasing later, that date is our current intention rather than a guarantee.
Acceptable use
- Do not copy, redistribute or resell course materials.
- Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform or other learners' accounts.
- Do not use the service to break the law or infringe anyone else's rights.
Intellectual property
Course materials, including written lessons, diagrams, exercises and quizzes, remain the property of AINSQ Academy. You may use them for your own learning and for your work. You may not republish them or use them to deliver training to others without written permission.
Accuracy and no professional advice
Courses are written in good faith and kept current, but technology and regulation change. Nothing on this site is professional, legal or regulatory advice. Where a course covers regulated activity, your own organisation's procedures and your regulator's requirements always take precedence.
Laboratory health and safety content is general guidance. Site induction and local rules always take priority.
Availability and liability
We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and we may change or withdraw features.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
